ORDER CONFIRMATION AND STORE POLICIES

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following policies.
These policies are effective as of May 26, 2025.


🧾 ALL TRANSACTIONS

All transactions made through this website are authorized and processed by the payment gateway of UNIQTOUCH INTERNATIONAL JOINT STOCK COMPANY.


💡 CONTACT AND HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS

Items returned without prior notification and approval will not be processed.

  • Please contact us via support@uniqtouch.com in advance and wait for confirmation so we can assist you efficiently.

  • Customers are responsible for returning the item and any associated shipping costs.

Once the return is received:

  • Please allow 2–3 business days for inspection.

  • A team member will process the refund and notify you via email.

  • The refund will be issued via the original payment method within 5–10 business days.


🔁 RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 90 days from the date of delivery.

Conditions for return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition as received.

  • We may request images of the product to verify its condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return/exchange processing fees.

  • Customers are also responsible for shipping costs associated with both the purchase and return.

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund of 100% of the product value (excluding return/exchange and shipping fees) via the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • The product must be intact and in original condition to qualify for return. Signs of damage such as dents, scratches, or deformation may result in rejection of the return request.

  • Our products are made from microfiber leather, which may show usage marks during testing. Please handle with care if you intend to return the item.

  • Stretched or scratched leather is not eligible for return.

  • Return processing fees range from $5.99 to $14.99, depending on the item. We will notify you of the exact fee when you initiate the return.

  • Returns must be shipped back to UniqTouch’s warehouse within 20 days from the date we provide the return label.


ORDER CANCELLATION & REFUND BEFORE DELIVERY

If you wish to cancel your order, please send a request via email to support@uniqtouch.com. Refund eligibility depends on when the request is received:

A. Within the first 6 hours after placing the order:

  • A full 100% refund will be issued.

  • The order must be marked as “Cancelled” in our system.

B. After 6 hours or if the order has already been processed/shipped:

  • Cancellation may no longer be possible.

  • If cancellation is possible, additional fees may apply.

  • Our customer service team will evaluate each case and assist accordingly.


🛠 WARRANTY POLICY

Product quality is one of our top priorities. However, occasional manufacturing defects may still occur. If your product has an issue, we are happy to provide a free replacement.

  • All products are covered by a lifetime warranty from the delivery date, applicable only to manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by normal wear and tear, drops, impacts, or misuse.

  • Damage resulting from improper storage, use, or unauthorized repair/modification.

Refund or replacement requests due to product malfunction (as advertised) must be made within 14 days of delivery:

  • Please provide photo/video evidence of the issue via email.

  • Include the shipping label and proof of the defect.

After 14 days, only product exchange is offered, valid for up to 90 days from the delivery date.

Warranty exclusions:

  • Scratches, dents, or chips on the outer metal surface.

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, or unauthorized alterations.
