RETURNS

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 90 days of receiving your order.

Returns must be unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. Images of the product(s) may be requested by our team. 

Please note: Our leather is authentic and is prone to usage marks, therefore, please be wary when testing our products if you intend to return it. Stretched or scratched leather is not considered suitable for return.

Important Notice:

  1. Any returned items received by UniqTouch without prior notification and approval cannot be processed. Therefore, please always give us prior notice and wait for our approval so that we can help you out efficiently.
  2. Customers are responsible for returning the package and the cost of shipping.

Once your item(s) have been returned, please allow 2 - 3 business days for them to be assessed. A member of our staff will then issue your refund and notify you via email. A credit will automatically be applied through the original method of payment within 10 business days. 

REFUND BEFORE RECIEVING PRODUCTS

For order cancellations, customers must submit a request via support@uniqtouch.com, which will be handled based on the timing of the request

 

A. Within 1 hour of receiving your order:
  • Full refund of 100% will be issued.
  • Ensure the order status is marked as "Cancelled" in the system.
B. Between 1-6 hours of receiving your order:
  • 70% of the order value will be refunded.
  • Ensure the order status is marked as "Cancelled" in the system.
C. After 6 hours or if the order is already processed/in transit:
  • Cancellation may not be possible.
  • If applicable, additional fees may be charged.

 

 

In both cases, customer service will follow up and assist with the process. If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible, and additional fees may apply

WARRANTY

Quality control is one of our main priorities, but we know that it's always possible for issues to slip through the cracks. If you're experiencing a problem with your purchase, we'd be happy to replace it free of charge!

All our products come with a lifetime warranty from the date of delivery, covering any manufacturing defects. Our warranty does not cover product damages that may have resulted from normal wear and tear, accidental damage caused by the user, faults as a result of wilful or negligent operation, or any other handling. Proof of defect (photos or video) is mandatory and will be requested by our team.

You can get a refund or a reshipment for your defective item or or does not properly function as advertised if requested within 14 days of receiving your product. Kindly send us images or videos via our email support to resolve your case, send us the shipping label and proof of your problem. After 14 days, we only offer exchange until 101 days.

*Excluding: scratches, dents, chips and/or scratches on the Outer Plate; damage caused by accident, abuse, neglect, shock; improper use or storage of the product; unauthorized modification or repair.
